Service messages and marketing

Email verification, password or session security, replies to requests and necessary service notices are distinct from marketing preferences. Account registration does not give general campaign consent. Beta users are not automatically added to a marketing list.

Separate permission

If promotions, campaigns or commercial announcements are introduced, required permission is collected and recorded separately with channel and purpose information. Optional marketing permission is not a condition for opening an account or accessing core services. Activities are subject to Turkish Law No. 6563, commercial communication rules and applicable Message Management System obligations.

Opting out

Marketing messages provide an easy, free opt-out. You may also contact contact@celestwise.com. Commercial messages stop within the statutory maximum of three business days after a valid opt-out. Necessary non-promotional security or contractual service messages are different.
