Who we are and scope
Hasan Can Solakoğlu is the data controller. This policy covers Celestwise websites, accounts, calculators, reports and contact channels. Business contact details are available here. Our personal data notice explains legal grounds and rights under Turkish data protection law.
Information we process
Accounts involve email, names or nicknames, verification and session records. Charts use birth date, time, time confidence, location and calculated chart data. Saved profiles, chats and report records may be linked to your account. Technical security uses IP addresses, timestamps, errors and operation records. Contact requests contain your name, email, subject and message. No paid sales currently take place, so we do not collect payment card or paid order information. If sales become available, necessary order, payment reference and fiscal document information will also be processed.
Calculations and artificial intelligence
Chart information is processed by Celestwise calculation services. When you use an AI feature, your message and relevant calculation context may be sent to its provider. Current integration uses Google AI services; infrastructure and provider processing may involve international transfers. Provider data processing terms can vary by service type. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information. We do not promise on behalf of every provider that information will never be retained or used for training under any circumstances. New purposes or material provider changes will be reflected in relevant notices.
Access, retention and security
Account data access is restricted by account and workspace permissions. Hosting, email and necessary service providers support technical operations. Data is retained for its purpose and applicable statutory retention obligations, rather than under one unlimited period for every category. Deletion requests are assessed separately for records that must be legally retained. Backup deletion may not coincide with deletion from active systems; deletion requests must be respected when restoring backups. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Choices and requests
Send privacy requests to contact@celestwise.com. Identity may need reasonable and proportionate verification; do not attach an identity document to your first message.
