Personal Data Rights and Requests

Requests you can make

You may request correction of account or birth profile information, explanations about processing and recipients, or deletion and destruction where legal conditions apply. Other rights under Turkish law appear in our personal data notice. Profile editing, data export, session controls and account deletion tools may help you act faster where available in your account.

Contact channels

Start with contact@celestwise.com or our contact form. Formal statutory requests may be sent signed to our business address or through other methods recognized by applicable legislation. An email address previously registered in your account helps verification. Start with your name, request and relevant account information. Do not attach identity documents, full card details or unnecessary sensitive data to your initial message. Any necessary identity checks are handled separately and proportionately.

Review and response

Requests under Turkish data protection law are answered as soon as practicable and within 30 days. Requests are generally free; any additional cost may only be charged under the tariff allowed by applicable legislation. We may ask for necessary missing information. You will receive our decision and its reasons.

Limits of deletion

Account deletion does not immediately remove records subject to statutory retention or limited records necessary for disputes. When those grounds end, relevant records enter deletion or anonymization processes. Backups may update at different times from active systems. If a response is insufficient or absent, your right to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board remains subject to statutory time limits and conditions.
