The astrology engine behind the experience
Celestwise Astro API is our private, server-side engine for birth charts and selected-moment transits. Calculation requests are processed on the server; provider access keys are not sent to your browser. When AI is involved, it interprets calculated context rather than creating chart facts.
Celestwise uses AI models to explain calculated chart data. Current AI features use Google models. Report generation and interpretation with Anthropic Claude are on our development roadmap and are not yet available.
Your birth date, time confidence, and place are handled as a controlled profile.
Planets, houses, and aspects come from our versioned astrology engine.
