Personal Data Notice

Data controller

Hasan Can Solakoğlu is the controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Business address, phone and email are on our contact page. This notice is not a consent form.

Categories, purposes and legal grounds

Account and contact information, birth profiles, calculations, requested reports and support messages are processed to establish and perform services and respond to requests, under Article 5(2)(c) where directly related to a contract. Rights and dispute records may rely on Article 5(2)(e), establishing, exercising or protecting a right. Statutory records may rely on Article 5(2)(ç), legal obligations. IP addresses, sessions and security records are used to prevent fraud and abuse under legitimate interests in Article 5(2)(f), provided fundamental rights are not harmed. Where separate processing requires consent, its purpose and scope must be explained separately; consent is not bundled into general terms.

Collection and recipients

Information is collected electronically through forms, accounts, calculators, messages and technical server records. Necessary information may be shared with hosting and email providers, calculation infrastructure and the AI provider used for a requested feature. Current AI integration uses Google services. Public authorities receive information only for legal obligations or valid requests. If paid sales become available, payment and fiscal provider notices will be completed before purchase.

International transfers

Hosting or AI providers outside Türkiye may create international transfers. Transfers are subject to Article 9; accepting terms or checking a general privacy box is not, by itself, a transfer mechanism. Contact contact@celestwise.com for details of recipients and applicable transfer arrangements.

Your rights and requests

Under Article 11, you may learn whether data is processed; request information about processing, purposes and use; learn about domestic and international recipients; request correction of incomplete or incorrect information, deletion or destruction where legal conditions apply, and notification of these actions to recipients. You may object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis and request compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Our data rights page explains channels and response periods.
