Withdrawal and Refund Terms

Celestwise currently accepts no payment. There is no collected beta fee or paid subscription amount to refund. These provisions apply with order-specific terms when paid services open.

Withdrawal

Distance service contracts generally allow withdrawal without a reason within 14 days of conclusion. Send notice to contact@celestwise.com, our contact form or another legally valid channel. A clear withdrawal statement is sufficient; no special form is mandatory. Account email and an order number help locate an order.

Digital service exceptions

Statutory exceptions may apply to services performed instantly electronically, instantly delivered intangible products or services begun with user consent before withdrawal expires. Relevant product characteristics and conditions must be disclosed before purchase and necessary separate consent obtained. Not every digital product loses all refund rights. Remedies for unlawful or defective performance remain available.

Method and timing

Following valid withdrawal, service payments are refunded within 14 days of receipt of notice, using an appropriate original payment method without imposing costs on users. Applicable subscription termination rules separately require refunding prepaid unprovided services within 15 days. A payment institution's account posting time does not extend statutory provider obligations. Report duplicate or incorrect charges to us.

Complaints and statutory remedies

Statutory remedies remain available for missing or defective services. Disliking an astrology interpretation differs from technical failure to deliver an ordered service; each request is assessed on its circumstances. Consumer arbitration committees and courts remain available.
