Subscription Cancellation and Termination

Current availability

Celestwise is a free beta with no paid subscription to cancel. Stopping use, deleting an account and terminating a future paid contract are distinct actions. This process applies if paid services become available.

How to request cancellation

Send your registered account email, order number if available and cancellation or termination request to contact@celestwise.com or our contact form. No reason is required. Do not send passwords or card details. Proportionate account verification may be needed; an online contract does not require exclusively notarized or in-person termination.

Processing and notice

Stopping renewal can differ from ending current service. You can specify when you want service to end. Statutory termination deadlines are preserved; applicable Turkish subscription rules require fulfillment within seven days. Results and effective dates are communicated in writing. Post-termination charges or prepaid unprovided service are assessed under our refund provisions.

Accounts and data

Ending a subscription does not automatically delete accounts or birth profiles. Request data deletion separately or use available account tools. Our privacy policy explains statutory retention. This process does not restrict withdrawal or defective-service rights.
