Pre-contract Information

Celestwise currently offers a free beta and accepts no paid orders. Provider Hasan Can Solakoğlu's address, phone and email appear in our business details. These provisions describe information to be presented for each order when paid products become available. This page alone creates no order or payment obligation.

Information before purchase

Before payment confirmation, users will see product name and features, account or AI limits, service duration, tax-inclusive total, additional costs if any, payment method, performance timing and technical requirements. Subscriptions must disclose periods, recurring payment structure, renewal and termination. Free use becomes paid only after separately choosing and confirming a paid product.

Withdrawal and digital services

Distance service contracts generally provide a 14-day withdrawal period from conclusion. If a statutory digital service exception applies, its feature, reason and conditions must be disclosed before purchase. Consent to early performance is separate from accepting general terms. Records and requests

Order-specific information and contract records will be supplied on a durable medium. Use our contact channel for support, complaints, withdrawal or cancellation. Rights to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts remain subject to applicable law and current monetary thresholds.
