Distance Service Contract Terms

Parties and applicability

Provider Hasan Can Solakoğlu operates under the Celestwise brand. Business details contain its address and contact channels. Buyer means a user selecting a paid product and confirming a payment obligation at checkout. Celestwise is currently a free beta. Paid transaction provisions apply only after paid sales open and order-specific information is completed.

Subject and formation

An order concerns online software, a report or a subscription with scope displayed at purchase. Product, quota, duration, tax-inclusive price and additional charges form part of that order. A contract is concluded through explicit confirmation of the order, pre-contract information and payment obligation. Records are supplied on a durable medium. Cards are processed through a payment provider's secure channel; that provider will be identified before sales open.

Performance and nature of service

Access or report delivery follows timing and methods in the order. Account, browser and connectivity requirements are presented in advance. Astrology interpretations are not scientific predictions or medical, legal or financial advice. This does not remove responsibility to provide promised software services. If service cannot be provided, buyers must be informed and applicable refunds or statutory remedies provided.

Withdrawal, termination and disputes

Distance services generally carry a 14-day withdrawal right. Any statutory digital service exception and necessary separate disclosure and early-performance consent must appear at checkout. Refund, subscription and cancellation provisions do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Requests are accepted by contact@celestwise.com or the contact form. Statutory consumer arbitration committees and courts remain available; legally competent channels are not restricted.
