Subscription Terms

Free beta

No paid subscription is currently sold. Beta accounts are free and do not automatically become paid plans. These terms will apply together with purchase-specific information when a subscription becomes available.

Plan, price and duration

Features, profile and AI limits, duration, tax-inclusive price and billing period must be disclosed before purchase. Additional features are not charged without user approval. Price changes do not retroactively affect an already paid period. Material changes for later periods are communicated in advance, preserving rights not to renew or to terminate.

Renewal

A fixed-term subscription is not extended without a user request or consent before expiry. No new paid period is created without user knowledge and approval. An indefinite or recurring payment product must clearly show its structure, collection dates and cancellation method. Trials or beta use do not become paid without explicit purchase confirmation.

Termination and refunds

Send termination requests to contact@celestwise.com or our contact form. Ending an online contract must not require a more burdensome method than creating it. Under applicable Turkish subscription legislation, requests are fulfilled within seven days and prepaid amounts for unprovided services are refunded within 15 days of termination. Withdrawal and defective-service rights remain available. See cancellation and refunds.
